In today's fast-paced world, our nervous systems are constantly responding to stressors, leaving many of us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or shut down. But what if you could identify and access personalized resources to help you return to balance, even in challenging moments?
Join us for this transformative one-hour online workshop where you'll:
Discover how your unique nervous system responds to stress and safety
Map your personal patterns of activation, regulation, and immobilization
Identify powerful sensory, relational, and internal resources that support your resilience
Practice simple techniques to return to regulation when you need it most
Create a personalized action plan for nervous system support in daily life
This workshop combines the latest insights from polyvagal theory and trauma-informed practices in an accessible, practical format. You'll leave with a completed resource worksheet and concrete tools you can immediately apply to navigate life's challenges with greater ease.
Who should attend: Anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply interested in deepening their self-regulation skills. No prior knowledge of nervous system function required.
What to bring: Paper and something to write with (pen, pencil, markers). A worksheet will be provided digitally, but you'll need to print it in advance or have materials to take notes.
